Melissa A. Tartaglia has been a licensed attorney in Florida since 1997. Her practice focuses on adoption, dependency, termination of parental rights, paternity, surrogacy and appeals.

Melissa frequently lectures on adoption and surrogacy in the Tampa Bay area. Her self-help book Adoption and Surrogacy in Florida: The Legal and Practical Sourcebook for Laypersons and Lawyers is available for purchase through University Press of Florida.
